The Bouquet Le Klint 130, 2008

The Bouquet Le Klint 130 is a modern day chandelier created by Sinja Svarrer Damkjær and Le Klint. The white shades are hand folded. The cable coated with plaited fabric and comes in white or cherry red colour. The dimensions are 35cm/13.8″ diameter and 32cm/12.6″ high. The light source is LED. The material of the shades maintains a soft, atmospheric light in room.

Tube Top Classic, 2006

Tube Top Classic lamp was designed by Peter Stathis and brought out by Pablo. This table lamp main details are a transparent formed acrylic base which support mesh fabric shade. The producer draws attention to notable illumination which is controlled by a full range of dimmer and thereby provides with any desired ambiance.  The live wire of the lamp has fine solution too.  Tube Top has light (white shade/ clear base), dark (charcoal shade and base) and medley (white shade/ charcoal base) colour variations. It has three sizes.

Pipe

The wall lamp called Pipe was produced by Tom Dixon. It is made of extruded aluminum with a smooth matt  powder coated exterior and anodised shiny metallic colour interior. The lamp has two different colours variations – black and gold and white and lilac. It is 42.0 cm/ 16.5″ high and has 13.0 cm/ 5.1″ diameter. The Pipe lamps attracted my attention with its simple shape and graceful mix of the colours. Thanks to its playful appearance, it is good for both public and residential areas.

C-spot, 2003

A table lamp C – spot was created by Amedeo Guidobono Cavalchini and Luceplan. It is made of polycarbonate lighting fixtures with stems in stainless steel. The colour of the lamp is defined by a series of filters. The filters are available in white, orange, green and light blue.

Sola 36, 2008

Sola 36 is hand – crafted chandelier which  was designed by Jeremy Pyles and produced by Niche Modern. This lamp model can be customized. There are 5 possibility for the ring finish (brushed, polished, bronze, brass or matte black), 7 variations for the glass shape (solitaire, pharos, pod, encalmo stamen, oculo, minaret and turret), it is possible to choose the glass colour (smoke, soft white, gray, crystal, chocolate, plum, amber, crimson and  for example chocolate with smoke)  and orientation of glass on ring (up or down). In picture can see Sola 36 with solitaire glass shape in plum mounted below the ring and it has 91.4cm/ 36″ diameter.

Abat – jour

Abat – jour was created by Venini. It was made of glass, fabric and metal. Its glass base comes in two colour variant. First is violet, amethyst and wisteria chord. Second is red, tea and amber chord. Metal base has chrome finish. This table lamp is 74 cm/29.13″ high and has 33cm/ 13″ diameter.

Gira Event Clear

Gira Event Clear was designed by Phoenix Design (Stuttgart) and manufactured by Gira Giersiepen GmbH & Co. KG. The characteristic feature of this switch range is a clear, three-dimensional look with a high-gloss surface. This surface grants to the colour a particular intensity and elegant appearance. It comes in green, white, black, brown, sand and aubergine colours finishes. Gira Event Clear has the push switch, which jumps back to its initial position every time the lighting is switched on or off. This switch range won the iF and the red dot award (product design 2009).

Kumulus, 2000

This lamp was designed by Peter Nilsson for Bsweden. Kumulus is a chandelier what was made of handmade parts of crystal, polished chrome and white lacquered steel. This chandelier is available in two sizes. Kumulus which we see in the picture above consists of 73 pieces of crystal. Its measures 120 cm/ 47.3 inch in diameter. The chandelier was described like an explosion of crystal.

Twiggy Lettura, 2008

Twiggy lettura was designed by Marc Sadler and produced by Foscarini. It was made of composite lacquered material on a fibre glass base. I read in manufacturer’s website that the diffuser of this lamp has transparent upper protection disc which offeres directing lighting downwards and effective reflection of the light upwards and it is the guarantee of the maximum exploration of the light source. It comes in white, black, red and yellow colour finishes.

Blow

My first association with this lamp was – delicious currants. Blow was designed by Luca Scacchetti and manufactured by Murano. It was produced of blown glass and nickel. This chandelier is available in amethyst, orange, gray, red, yellow and multicolour variations.
